Winery – Lodi, CA

This facility purchased a new electrical service and requested the installation of a Power Quality Meter that is integrated into existing power monitoring software. Our team was able to perform the field modification to the existing service as well as assist the owner in getting the meter on the existing monitoring platform.
17kV Service Winery – Ripon, CA

This facility has a 17kV Electrical Service serving the entire facility. By installing our solution, they are able to monitor the overall electrical Demand and obtain reduction credits from the electrical utility during high demand days. This solution was integrated into the existing building management systems through a custom dashboard that will provide the end users with alerts when the facility usage approaches the max limit on these days.
Manufacturing Facility – Modesto, CA

This facility has several pieces of equipment that are voltage sensitive and require extensive monitoring when an outage occurs. Our solution provides the customer with power quality monitoring through a cellular modem on a critical Motor Control Center. We have programmed this meter to report and Rapid Voltage Changes along with pairing the meter with a UPS which allows access to the meter during an outage. This allows the customer to pull the incident files prior to reenergizing. With the automatic reporting and delivering the reports the engineering team the response time for outages and identification of cause has decreased substantially.
Bottling Plant – Watsonville, CA

This facility has multiple electrical services and a few key pieces of equipment. Our solution provides the customer with a custom solution that monitors all the loads on each of the main services. This client was provided with a cloud-based monitoring solution via a cellular modem as well as automated reporting for power quality issues as well as electrical demand usage. This solution was built by our highly skilled team and tested in our lab prior to installing onsite. Since the installation several faults have been identified and repaired by the customer.
Agriculture Billing Project – Livermore, CA

This facility has multiple departments spread out amongst the site as well as a few tenants. Our solution was to provide a multi-meter solution at a cost effect price point. Furthermore using a cloud-based software the user can pull the data at the end of each utility billing cycle and break the electrical bill up based on usage.
